US Government Updates List of H 1B Debarred & Disqualified Companies; What It Means The US Department of Labor has updated its list of employers deemed "willful violators" of H 1B visa program rules, temporarily prohibiting four companies from filing new petitions.
The latest update includes GowraTech, LLC, Renotek Group LLC, Seeloz, Inc. , and Sherwood at Mount Dora, Inc. dba Sherwood Academy.
These companies have been found to have committed willful failures or misrepresented material facts in their Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), which are required for H 1B visa petitions.
